Step 2:
Select the building you are looking to connect the device to and then click the profile icon from the menu bar at the bottom right corner.
Step 3:
Select from the profile menu "Mosino Device Management". This should bring up a panel that will list all devices already paired. To start the pairing process, press the "Pair
Step 4:
Before proceeding to the pairing step, the device will need to be placed in the pairing mode. To do that, simply pull the plastic tab attached to the device (new device) or open the sensor to reveal the battery and the reset button.
Keep it pressed for almost 10 seconds and the light on the sensor will rapidly. Proceed to the next step.
Step 5:
Option 1: Select "Access Point Mode" from the Pairing Mode list. Go to your device WIFI and the Mosino sensor will be shown as one of the SSID. Select and connect to this SSID.
Return back to the screen to proceed. The system should should request the WIFI information to connect to. In some cases, Mosino system can be configured to have the WIFI SSID/Password already set up to skip this step.
Once the WIFI info is entered, it should pair the device.
If "WIFI EZ Mode" is selected, it will simply request the SSID and Password for the WIFI to connect.
Step 6:
If the device is paired, the next screen will request to enter the unit number. This step will associate this sensor to the unit automatically.
At this stage, the provisioning is completed and the device is now paired to the unit.
Mobile Application
The mobile application provides various status of the sensor to the resident. The application sends mobile notification, email and or SMS. Property management can setup various alerts that are received and even create a work order if required.
