Inspection report filling option (Staff Hub)

In the attendant portal is where property managers can create their inspection reports. Simply head to the "Building Management" icon and select the "Inspection Reports" tab.

There is the option to select the calendar at the top you can see any reports that might have been scheduled.

If the report is already created simply select it and click on the 'Start Report' option.

You can click on the '+' sign bottom right corner to add a new report and start filling it out.

Select the report that you would like to make from which you created in the manager portal. Fill in the description and then proceed to enter the information for your report.

You have the option to add a due date if the report is time sensitive. You have the option to schedule the report by adding a date and time and reports can be turned into recurring tickets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Once that has been done you have the option to Start/Cancel your report at the top you also have the option to notify residents if needed.

In the process of filling in the inspection report you have the option to give detailed reports. This allows you the option of going in detail about the condition of certain objects that relevant to the report and the cost for repairs if needed as shown in the example below.
