Inspection report filling option (Staff Hub)

Overview

Once inspection forms have been created in the backend, the management team can then head to the staff hub to fill these out.

Staff Hub

  • Head to the 'Inspections Reports' tab under the 'Building Management' icon.

  • Select the 'Calendar' tab at the top to view any reports that might have been scheduled.

  • Select the '+' sign in the bottom right corner.

  • Select the type of report that you are trying to create.

  • Enter a description for the report.

  • Select whether this report general or for a specific unit by choosing the 'Apartment' and then enter the unit number under the 'Apartment Number' option.

  • Select the appropriate 'Issue Group'.

  • Add the priority level, description and a to do list.

  • The report can be assigned to a specific team member to complete by selecting them from the list under the 'Select the Attendant' option.

  • An image and video can be added as well.

  • Due dates and a schedule can also be added, as well as making a recurring ticket in the corresponding options.

  • Make sure to select private under the 'Scope' option.

  • Once that has been done you have the option to Start/Cancel your report at the top you also have the option to notify residents if needed.

  • The categories that you added to the inspection form in the manager will then be shown in order to complete your report.

  • Once all categories have been filled out you can complete the report and send it to concerning parties by email.
