Once the report has been created and later on marked as completed, it will prompt you to "Request Signature" or "Sign Now".
The "Sign Now" option will ask you to select the recipient to sign the document; Tenant or Community Manager.
Once the document opens you will see all the information populated with the filled out answers of the report.
You can then have the tenant and community manager sign the form in real time using a phone or tablet.
*BC Only; We have pre-created templates with all of the fields and information of the BC Government PDF Inspection report file that is normally used.
Move-In & Move-Out Inspection Reports: Its important to know that these 2 reports will automatically get generated in the system to be filled out by your team using the Arrival date (Move-In) Move out date (Move-Out) report.
Every time that date is triggered in the system the report will be automatically generated.
Once the document is signed by each party you will be able to view the status of the report changed to completed and have access to the signed report.
The property manager set up in the department will get a copy of the inspection report by email and the residents as well.
A copy will get added to the residents mobile application under the 'Documents' section.
