Open the Staff Hub portal on your computer or open the Staff Hub mobile app and go to General > Client 360.
Loading the profile of the unit and select "Smart Devices". Once the tab loads, it will list all the current smart devices in the unit.
Press "Add Key Fob" to add a new key fob.
In the panel, fill out all the details, select the customer as well as the doors and access levels you would like to give access to in the fob.
The Badge ID is the number on the physical fob. Ignore any leading "0"s and simply use the remaining number. This number would allow you to track which physical fob is being used.
Note: Access Levels are simply groups that contain various doors to simplify selection.
Once the information is filled out, press "Add" and a screen will appear to start the programming stage. This screen will indicate the status of the programming process.
Note: before starting the next step, please ensure a Schlage encoder MT20 or MT20W is already configured and connected to the internet.
To program, place your physical fob on the Allegion Encoder, generally referred to a "MT20" or "MT20W".
Once the fob is detected by encoder, it will indicate on the screen "Card Found..."
Once the fob is found, the programming will commence and within 10-15 seconds, the fob will be programmed and the screen will a message in Green indicating the process is completed and the fob is ready to be used.
