This article describes various steps to use the visitor pass sent for a property.

Important

A visitor pass is generally sent by residents or staff for different purposes and can revoke access at any time.

Overview

Once you receive a pass, it comes in 2 forms: SMS and/or Email.

Details Tab

Both passes include links that provide more details for a specific pass, such as:

  • PIN: this is the security code that can be used to gain access to the property via the Mosino Intercom.

  • Expiration Date: This is when the pass will no longer be valid to use, unless the pass is revoked earlier.

  • Address

  • Apartment No

  • Notes: any details or a message added by the person that created the pass.

  • QR Code: this is the QR Code that be used as an alternative to the PIN.

Document Tab

This tab includes any relevant or necessary documents uploaded by the property.

Access Tab

This tab includes any mobile keys provided by the person that created the pass. Each card in tab represents a key that opens one or multiple doors.

To unlock a door, simply press the door from the list.

Mobile Application

Important: some keys will require the mobile application. Simply download the Mosino One iOS or Android application.

Open the app and press "Visitor Pass" tab and enter the PIN from the pass above. If the pin is valid, the visitor pass will be loaded within the application.

Once the pass is loaded, trying the mobile key will unlock the doors. Some keys may require a quick one-time setup that could last 15 - 45 seconds.
