Overview
Property manager have the option to reset smart lockers using a code provided specifically for them and their team.
Staff Hub
Head to the 'Deliveries & Storage' tab under the 'Access & Security' icon.
Select the associated locker that you wish to reset.
Proceed by entering the 'Admin Code' to open the locker.
* Note: If concierge or property managers needs to unlock a locker they should be using the 'Admin Code' not the resident code. Once empty it will reset and become available again.
*Mosino Smart Lockers only
In the deliveries page of the 'Deliveries & Storage' tab select 'Lockers' at the top.
Select the locker you would like to reset.
Click on the Reservation tab of the details page.
By selecting the "Reservation", the details page will show up with a 'Remove' red button on top.
*This will reset the locker to be available again. The proper way of doing it is using the "Admin Code". However this is also an option that is available to property managers.
