In the manager portal under the "Property Management" icon int the "Lease Request" tab is where the property management team can move an upcoming resident to tenancy. Once the lease request process has been completed and approved, proceed to select the "Mark as Completed" option at the top.
From here select the "Move to Tenancy" option the top.
Then proceed to search and select the apartment unit that you would like to place them in and they will be moved in as an upcoming resident in that unit. 14 days prior to their arrival to the building they will receive a welcome email inviting them to download the resident mobile application.
