Overview
Schlage groups can be created to assign access to a specific group of people including doors only accessible to this group.
Manager Portal
Head to the 'Integrations' tab under the 'Smart Devices & IOT' icon.
Select the Schlage integration smart object from the list.
At the top go to the 'Groups' tab of the Smart Object window.
select the '+' sign bottom right to create groups.
Add the name and a long and short description.
Once the group is created you will select it to open up the Group Info window.
Select the 'Doors' tab.
Select the 'Add Doors' button and the door list will open up for you to choose the doors to be added to this group.
All groups created will be available to be assigned to a client/resident in the Client 360 Smart Devices tab.
*Note that the door locks must all be provisioned/connected in order for them to show up in the door list.
Physical Fobs = 10 doors per group max.
Mobile keys = Unlimited doors can be added to a group.
A schedule can be added to each door if necessary.
