Once a lease request has been created for a new client their profile will have a status for their request.
Pending: the pending status is for a profile that has not given all the necessary details and documents required for an approval of the lease request.
Incomplete: this status is for when a client profile maybe missing certain information or when property managers may require additional information.
Approved: this status is for when all required information and documents have been looked over property managers and has been accepted.
Deny: this status is for a profile to which their lease request has been rejected
