Overview
Property managers have the option to create surveys for their residents in the mobile app.
Manager Portal
Head to the 'Survey' tab under the 'Digital Concierge' icon.
Select the '+' sign in the bottom right corner.
Fill in the information required and turn on the alert settings to be alerted when needed.
Once the survey has been created, select it and click the 'Parameters' tab at the top.
Select the 'Add New +' button.
Select the 'Parameter Type'. The type selected will determine the option for the survey.
Enter a name and the required information.
Select if you want it to be required for it to be filled out.
Once created it will appear in the 'Parameters' tab shown above.
Head to the 'Comment' tab under the 'Digital Concierge' icon.
This is where you can view any comments and ratings left by residents.
Mobile App
This will show up in the app for residents to interact with.
*Note: the 'Comment Card' tile on the app is used to show the Surveys. Once the survey is completed it will comme back to the original Comment Card tile. It will be used for both.
