How to set a schedule time

Property managers have the ability to set schedule times with residents for their service requests. To do so select the ticket for which you would like to set a schedule for and start the ticket. Proceed to use the top options and scroll all the way to the right until you see the "Schedule" icon.

Proceed to select three time slots among the available dates and time, then select the green check to confirm.

In the mobile app resident will select their service request to view the details by select the "Click to View" option.

Then select the schedule time button at the top.

Then the resident will select the time that is convenient for them among the options to set the appointment.

Once the appointment time has been set property managers will see a calendar icon next to their ticket.

By clicking on the icon the information of which time was selected for the appointment will be displayed.

When you select the ticket, there will also be a message that appears in blue confirming the appointment as well.

The resident will also have message displayed confirming the appointment.
