How to set a schedule time

Overview

Property managers have the ability to set schedule with residents for their service requests.

  • Head to the 'Issue Tracking' tab under the 'Building Management' icon.

  • Select the ticket for which you want to set a schedule for.

  • At the top Scroll to the right and the 'Schedule' option.

  • Proceed to select three time slots among the available dates and time, then select the green check to confirm.

  • In the mobile app resident will select their service request to view the details by select the "Click to View" option.

  • Then select the schedule time button at the top.

  • Then the resident will select the time that is convenient for them among the options to set the appointment.

  • Once the appointment time has been set property managers will see a calendar icon next to their ticket.

  • By clicking on the icon the information of which time was selected for the appointment will be displayed.

  • When you select the ticket, there will also be a message that appears in blue confirming the appointment as well.

  • The resident will also have message displayed confirming the appointment.
