How to add additional time slots to conference rooms

Overview

  • In the spaces and services property managers can add additional time slots to spaces like conference rooms on top of the scheduled time in order to allow residents to book those spaces at specific times.

Manager portal

  • Head to the spaces and services tab, under the "Amenities" icon.

  • Select the space/service you want to add the time slots to.

  • Select the "Reservation" at the top.

  • Click the edit button at the top.

  • You will be able to add the opening hours of your space or service.

  • Scroll down and there is also the option add "Blocked Days".

  • Blocked Days are days that residents wont be able to book amenities and spaces on the selected days. This is done by selecting the date and time that you would like to block.

  • Additional time slots are added at the bottom in the seating section.
