in the manager portal head to the "Templates" tab under the "Digital concierge" icon and select the plus sign in the bottom right corner to create your template.
Fill in the information and click the save button at the bottom.
*Note : Under the "Type" option you must select "General Template" and assigned to the tile on app (key).
Your template will now be created.
Proceed to the "Spaces and Services" tab under the "Amenities" icon. Select the space/service that you would like to add your template to then select the edit button.
Scroll down to "Status Message Templates" to add your template and click the save button.
