Resident can add someone in the mobile app called a member. Members can be classified as a roommate, spouse, child or a guest. To add them select the initials in the top right corner.
Then proceed to select the "Members" options
From here fill in the information to add the person to the profile. A max of two members can be added.
Once they have been added they will show up in the client360 with a message letting you know that person was added by the owner of the unit and that they can be removed with move out option.
In the operator page of the manager portal the max amount of members that can be added can be configured here in the "Home Passes" tab.
