Property managers can provide access to their residents for short term rentals. To activate this feature in must turned on in manager portal in the "Operator" tab under the "General" icon.
This then must turned on as well in the client360 for the specific residents that will be using it. As well as resident has to be listed as an "Owner" for this to work.
Once all the settings have been turned on the resident can then add someone to their short term rental in the visitor passes.
Select the "+" sign to create the pass.
Proceed to fill in the information for the renter and make sure that the "Short-term" option is selected and then press the add home pass button.
Once the pass has been created the owner will able to view the pass that they have created. As well as see their access list if they have any mobile keys associated to their account as well as the logs.
The renter will then receive an email with a link to the pass that was created.
Property managers will be able to view the pass in the visitor passes tab.
