Marketplace overview and configurations

Overview

Marketplace allows residents post items that they want to put up for sale within the mobile app for other residents to purchase from them.

Mobile App

  • Select the market place icon.

  • Select the "+" sign at the bottom right corner to add a post.

  • Proceed to fill in the information for the item that you wish to put up for sale.

  • Once created a post can be edited or deleted as well.

  • A post in the market place does not show the unit or who it was posted by for other residents to see.

  • Selecting a post to purchase an item.

  • Select the 'Contact Seller' option.

*Note: In the case where someone selects the options of not being contacted through the app a message will appear informing other residents they cannot be contacted . They will have to add other ways of contacting them in the description.

  • A notification will be sent to the seller when being contacted through the app by other residents.

  • The seller can then view messages that we're sent to them in the "Messaging" icon.

  • All messages can viewed and replied to from here.

Manager portal

  • Configuration can be made in the manager portal under the "General" icon in the "Operator" tab.

  • At the top scroll and select the marketplace.

  • Certain features can be enabled and disabled here.
