How to create a marketplace Service

Overview

Marketplace services is a feature for property management to offer services for their residents. These services can be created in the staff hub by the management team to then appear in the mobile app for residents to access.

Staff Hub

  • Head to the "MarketPlace" tab under the "Concierge" icon.

  • Then proceed to select the "+" sign in the bottom right corner.

  • Select the service option at the top and fill in the information for your service.

When creating a service there will be different option available: such as revenue share percentage, consent forms and the booking type.

  • The name, the description of what that service is and the starting date.

  • Revenue shares: this option lets management team share a percentage of the profits with an outside vendor, by typing in the percentage amount.

  • Vendor: this option lets you add outside vendors to your service that have been created in the manager portal.

  • The option to add a consent form that was created in the manager portal.

  • Booking Starting Interval, Maximum available booking days, Max Book Period, Max Booking Per User, Min and Max hours.

  • Blackout days: this are days that can't be booked by residents.

  • Filter reach: if turned on, is an option that lets you select a filter by unit or resident type will be allowed to view the service.

  • Survey ID: lets you add a survey from the manager portal that can be fill out by residents.

  • A subscription option.

  • Certified: if turned on, is a blue icon will show up on the app letting you know that the vendor has been approved by the management.

  • After it's been created service and announcements can be deleted or modified if needed.

  • Select the transactions option at the top to view all transactions made.

  • Select the 'Calendar' option at the top.

  • This view allows property managers to see all service bookings make by residents in a calendar view.

Mobile App

  • Head to the 'Marketplace' icon.

  • Select the services tab.

  • Select the service you would like to book.

  • Select the schedule option at the top left.

  • Select a date and time for your booking

  • Select a payment methode.

  • Enter a promo code if one has been provide by the property management team.

  • A consent from will be shown to them if it has been turned on in the settings.

  • Press the accept option t complete your booking.
