Services & Announcements

Property managers can create service and announcements in the staff hub. Head to the "MarketPlace" tab under the "Concierge" icon. Then proceed to select the "+" sign in the bottom right corner.

Choose wether you would like to create an announcement or a service, then fill in the information.

When creating a service there will be different option available such as revenue share percentage, consent forms and the booking type.

After it's been created service and announcements can be deleted or modified if needed.

Once a service has been created residents can then book them in the mobile app by selecting the marketplace icon. Then by heading to the services tab.

Once they have selected which service they would like to use, residents can select the schedule button book the service.

A calendar will appear for to select a date from the available options. Followed the available time slots for them to chose from.

Once they how chosen the date and time a "Time Slot" option will appear showing them the time time. they have chosen as well as a an option to select their payment method. Once everything is completed they can select the book option at the bottom.

A consent from will be shown to them if it has been turned on in the settings.

Once they accept their booking will be complete.
