How set Blackout days in marketplace

Overview

Blackout days is a new feature that has been added to services. These are specific days that have been selected for service to be unavailable. When a resident is booking a service in marketplace the select date with unavailable to them to be chosen.

Staff Hub

  • Select the service you are a adding the blackout day to.

  • Select the edit button.

  • Select the date or dates you would like to make unavailable in the 'Select black days' option.

Mobile App

  • The selected date will be unavailable to select when booking in the app.
