In the manager portal, the property management team has the option to make it a requirement for a consent form to appear in the app before residents can make posting/booking in the marketplace.
First head to the "Templates" tab under the "Digital Concierge" icon. Then select the "+" in the bottom right corner. Then fill in the information and make sure to select the "General Consent" for the type and "Marketplace" for the key.
Then proceed to the "Operator" tab under the "General" Icon. Scroll until find the "Marketplace" tab and then turn on the "Require Consent" option.
When creating creating a service in the staff hub this option can also be selected.
Once this has been activated, a consent form will show up every time and resident try to make a posting or tries to book a service.
