Overview
Property managers can create vendors to add services being provided by someone outside of their team. Vendors can add additional services that the property management team doesn't offer by having an agreement with an outside service and adding them in the Mosino app in the services section.
Manager Portal
Head to the 'Vendors' tab under 'Mapping' icon.
Select a "+" sign in the bottom right corner.
Fill in the information and click the save button at the bottom.
Once the vendor has been created you can view, edit and delete the information in the overview page.
Add a long and short description.
Head to 'Reservation' tab to create a schedule for the vendor.
Staff Hub
Head to the 'Marketplace' tab under the 'Concierge' icon.
Select the service to add the vendor to or create a service for the vendor.
Under 'Vendor' option add the vendor that you created in manager portal.
Select the add new at the bottom and it will appear in the mobile app.
