How to reactivate a resident profile when it is inactive

When a resident profile becomes inactive and they no longer appear on the customer info page, property managers can reactivate their account in the client 360.

Simply head to the occupancy tab an select the profile of the resident of who's account you want to reactivate.

Then proceed to update their lease end date. This will reactivate their account and have their profile appear on the customer info page once more.
