Overview

Property managers can create notification for their smart devices in the manager portal to keep track of status of their smart devices.

Manager Portal

  • Head to the "Operator" tab under the "General" icon.

  • At the top scroll until you find the 'Notification' option.

  • Select the smart device for which you would like to create a notification for.

  • Once you have select the smart device proceed to select the "Event" tab at the top.

  • Select the type of notification that you want to create.

  • You can make a general, analytic or alarm notification.

  • Choose the interval time and amount at which the notifications are sent.

  • You can also choose if you want the notification to be sent by email, sms or mobile app as well.

*Note: If you select to create a notification for alarms you have the options which type of alarm as well. Whether it's a water sensor, door contact, motion sensor or a doorbell.

Staff Hub

  • Head to the 'Security Center' tab the 'Access & Security' icon.

  • Select the sensors tab at the top view them.

  • from here you will be able to see the type of smart devices that are listed, which unit they are in and their battery status.

  • There is also the option to view the information under grid format simply by selecting the grid icon in the top right corner.

  • As well as filter which ones you are seeing depending on the type of smart device, the battery, the ones with an alarm as well as when they were last seen picking from different days options.
