Property managers can create notification for their smart devices in the manager portal in the "Operator" tab under the "General" icon. Scroll and select the notification tab at the top. Once here select the smart device for which you would like to create a notification for. Once you have select the smart device proceed to select the "Event" tab at the top.
Once here you can choose what type pf notification that you like to create. Whether it's a general, analytic or alarm notification. You can choose the interval time and amount at which the notifications are sent. You can also choose if you want the notification to be sent by email, sms or mobile app as well.
If you select to create a notification for alarms you have the options which type of alarm as well. Whether it's a water sensor, door contact, motion sensor or a doorbell.
The smart devices can then be viewed in the staff hub in the "Security Center" tab under the Access & Security" icon. Select the sensors tab at the top view them. from here you will be able to see the type of smart devices that are listed, which unit they are in and the battery status as well.
There is also the option to view the information under grid format simply by selecting the grid icon in the top right corner.
As well as filter which ones you are seeing depending on the type of smart device, the battery, the ones with an alarm as well as when they were last seen picking from different days options
