Property managers ca create a loyalty program for residents to access in the mobile app. In the manager portal in the "Loyalty Program" tab under the "General" icon.
Select the "+" sign in the bottom right corner to create your program and fill in the information.
Once your program has been created you can edit tp make changes or delete the program if needed. You can also add long and short descriptions to add additional information for residents.
In the tiers tab different tier levels can be set up for the program.
You can also add the amount of points that can be eanred for activities in the weights tap.
Once the loyalty program has set up in the backend by property management, residents can access in the profile section of the mobile app in the "Loyalty Program" tab.
once on this page, residents can view their loyalty member card, their transactions, their offers and tiers.
