Overview
Members of the Mosino team can create new building when needed in the manager portal. When creating a building information about the new building can be found heading to their website to find the name, address, email, phone number etc... (if this has not been provided by their management team.)
Manager Portal
Head to the 'Operator' tab under the 'General' icon.
Select the '+' sign in the bottom right corner.
Select the 'Manually Create a New Property' option.
Proceed to choose an existing to building to copy the information for the building you want to create.
You can use the search bar to select the building you are looking for.
Select the language that want to associate to the building.
Fill in the information required: name of the building, email, phone number, address, etc...
These settings are set up automatically and do not require any changes.
Add a logo and background image
Deployment type: select correct type Multi-Residential, commercial or community.
Property type: this will determine the type of residents that can be added to the building. Rental type will renters and owner renters , condominium type which has renters, owner renters and owners as well.
PMS Vendor: you will select the corresponding integrator. for example if they use Yardi or Hopem. However if the manually add residents to the building then select Mosino.
Bottom section will always automatically have the app store and play store links.
Add the app name (same name as the building).
*Note: if the management team of the building does not want the welcome emails to be sent out to residents do not put a an app name wait until they ready for the emails to be sent. Add the app name will automatically send out the welcome emails.
Building code is automatically generated (Access codes has to be created by staff members. This has to be 6 random numbers that do not already exist and the 6 digit code cannot start with 0).
Create a prefix for the building (4 to 5 letters similar to the building name).
Once created the building will appear in the list of buildings in the operator tab.
Proceed to the 'User' tab under the 'Team Management' icon to add all Mosino members to give them access to the building by assigning the building to them.
Create a test Mosino unit using the intercom section of the Staff Hub.
