Overview
Promotions is a feature offered to property managers for their residents to help promote any service they could be offering. They are created in the same place as coupons, however unlike coupons promotions cannot be redeemed within the app. There is no way to track when residents use promotions they just show the promotion to get what it is offering. Coupons on the other hand can be redeemed in the service section of the marketplace.
Manager Portal
Head to the 'Coupon Groups' tab under the 'Sales & POS' icon.
Select the '+' sign in the bottom right corner.
Fill in the information for your promotions.
Once it has been created you can make changes with the edit button or delete the promotion if needed on the overview page.
Add an image with a short and long description.
Mobile App
Select the 'Promotions' icon.
View all available promotions and them to the appropriate person as specified in the description to use it.
