Overview
Mosino offers multiple communication methodes for property managers to communicate with their residents. From communicating with a specific resident in particular or sending a message to add group. Different options are available.
Direct messaging
Property managers can send a direct messages to their tenants by heading to the client360 and clicking the 'Send Message' button in the unit of the person they are trying to reach.
Group messaging
The management team can send messages to a group of residents that they want to reach. By creating the group in the manager portal and sending them a message by selecting the 'Group Message' option at the top.
Live support Chat
This feature lets the management team chat with resident via the mobile app. Resident can send their live chat using the support chat icon. The management team will be able to see and reply to the in the 'Channels' tab under the 'Communications' icon.
*Note: the Help center topics/FAQ on app + document box can help the AI agent bot for live chat to responds. The more you feed it information the more it will be able to respond back and promptly interact within the mobile application.
Message board
This feature allows property managers to send messages to all residents. These messages can be sent either by email, sms and the mobile app. You will find this option in the 'Message Board' tab under the 'Communication' icon.
Message Center
This option lets the management team send direct messages to residents in a specific unit, group messages, broadcast, announcements and emergency messages. This option can be found in the 'Message Center' tab under the 'Communication' icon.
Comment card /Surveys
This feature lets residents post comments / surveys for the management to view via the mobile app by selecting the 'Comment Card' icon. Once these comments have been posted by a resident property managers can view them in the manager portal.
