Overview
Residents can view their transactions for their payments that they've made for marketplace services as well as leaves comments after booking a service.
Mobile app
Head to the 'Marketplace' icon.
Click the 'View Ticket' option at the top.
Residents can view the details of their reservation.
They can also leave a comment under the comment section as well.
Head to the 'Accounts' icon in the app.
This is where residents can view transaction made when reserving services.
Staff hub
Head to the 'Marketplace' tab under the 'Concierge' icon.
Select the 'Service' tab option at the top.
Select a service and to the 'Ratings and Reviews' section.
This is where he management team can view comments left by residents.
