Overview
Management team has the option to send the Mosino team support tickets to ask for help. This can be done in the staff hub.
Staff Hub
Click the profile icon in the top right corner.
Select the 'Live Support' option.
Click the 'New Ticket' button at the top.
Select the issue group and select the issue you are having.
Enter a description and select a priority type.
Upload an image and/or record audio if needed.
Once you click the 'Summit' button your issue request will be sent out to the Mosino team.
Select the 'Other Communities' tab.
You will be able to view all support tickets of the different communities that you manage.
*Note: This option is for viewing only. To interact with the ticket you will have to go to that communities building portal in order to do so.
