Overview
Property managers have the option send login codes to all residents of the building within the Mosino system.
Manager Portal
Head to the 'Units' tab under the 'Property Management' icon.
Select the 'Login Codes' tab at the top.
Select the icon in the bottom right corner.
Select the type of resident you want to send the login codes to.
Enter a start and end date for how long the codes will be valid for.
*Note: The start and end date for the code should 2-3 weeks long to give time to all residents to connect to the mobile app.
Select the 'Missing Downloads' filter.
A list from resident can will appear.
Select them all with the 'Select All' option or select specifically who you want.
