Head to the 'Operator' tab under the 'General' icon.

At the top scroll and select the 'Access Control' tab.

Click the 'Add New Smart Device' icon in the bottom right corner.

From here different type of keys can be created.

BLE: These are bluetooth keys that allows a phone to communicate with a phone reader at a short range using low power bluetooth. This is useful for residents and unit doors for example.

Remote: These are keys that can be used to unlock doors from farther away using the internet/cloud. You don't need to be close to the door. This can be useful for someone like a concierge.

ICT: These are keys that are credential issued by the system. these are more access and are commonly used by the management team.

Other type of keys are also available like the door contacts, motion sensor and online keys as well.
