Head to the 'Client 360' tab under the 'General' icon.
Search the unit of the resident to which you want to add the key fob for.
Select the 'Smart Devices' tab.
Click the 'Add Key Fob' button.
Select the 'Allegion BLE' smart device.
Enter the 'Start and End date' as well as the 'Location'. The location will be the name of the key fob.
Enter the number on key fob of the smart badge card ID in the 'Badge ID' section. (Do not include the '0' at the beginning of that number).
Select the resident for whom the key fib is for.
Select the doors that you want to give them access to. If there are more than 7 seven doors you will need to create a group.
If you have created a group for residents make sure to remember to select the unit individually because it will not be part of the group.
Make sure to uncheck the master group. This will give access to all doors if not unchecked. Then proceed to add the key fob.
The system will prompt you to place the fob on the reader.
Once the reader detects the fob, it will create the key and display a message confirming that the fob was successfully created and is ready to use.
