Mosino is currently connected to the Yardi Voyager system which allows it to pull all the new residents’ information currently in the building as well as the upcoming residents. The system synchronizes the data every 12 -24 hours and can be modified to any interval higher than 12 hours. The interval may vary per property and is recommended to be 24 hours by Yardi.
Resident Management
There are various ways a resident can be added, updated or removed from Mosino when a Yardi integration is setup.
New Residents
During each synchronization, Mosino checks all residents marked as arrived and adds them as new tenants if they do not exists already. The criteria to match a resident is based on the Yardi account number. If no residents with the same account number for a given property exists, Mosino will add that resident in the system.
Existing Residents
As is the case with each resident, information can sometimes be updated in Yardi. As the information is updated, during the next synchronization cycle, Mosino verifies various fields for each resident record to determine if an update is required. The fields include First Name, Last Name, Middle Name, Telephone Numbers (Home, Office and Mobile), Arrival Date. If any of these fields are different from the current values in Mosino system, Mosino will update that resident information to match Yardi.
Removing Residents
Once a property in Mosino is setup with Yardi, a resident cannot be removed from the system, unless is it removed from Yardi. This is to ensure Yardi remains the source of truth for all residents information. A resident can however be disabled to block access to the Mosino mobile application, parcel system, intercom or any other connect system. To enable/disable a resident in such cases, the action must be performed inside Mosino.
Manual Synchronization
In a case, a resident needs to be added manually to Mosino outside of the synchronization schedule, it can be done via Mosino Staff hub portal. Simply go to Intercoms page and select "Synchronize all residents", select the Yardi building and select the residents from the list that aren't already added and press green "Sync" button.
Yardi Fields
The fields synchronized between Mosino and Yardi is dependent on the setup completed by the Yardi admin for a given property. However, in order for Mosino system to work properly, it needs at minimum the following fields:
First Name
Last Name
Middle Name
Telephone Numbers
Home (optional)
Office (optional)
Mobile
If one of the number is missing, Mosino uses the other field to fill the resident information.

Work Order Management Overview
Mosino offers various work order/service request features already. However, if a property prefers using Yardi service orders feature, it can be made available in a very simple manner.
If Yardi is configured in Mosino and Yardi admin has granted access for Read/Write Service Requests, Mosino is able to create service orders within Mosino Staff hub and the resident mobile application.
Mosino synchronizes the work order as requested or on a specific interval. Interval, similar to resident management can be configured.
Staff Hub Work Orders
All service orders are shown per status, dates or other filters.
A user can create a new work order from staff hub portal which sends the request inside Yardi.
Resident Mobile Application
Same service orders can be created within the resident application. However, any open service order for a given resident is shown in the application based on the account number of that resident.
