Important: The design and the labels around the Staff Hub Portal may vary based on property and language.

A new login code can be sent to the resident from the Staff Hub portal by selecting the Client 360 page and then searching for the unit. Once the unit is found, click on the tab "Login Codes". This will list all active and unused codes.

To create a new code, press "New Activation Code" button and fill out the form. Make sure to unselect any resident in the list that you do not wish to send the code to. By default, all residents in a unit are selected.

A new login code will then be sent to the customer via SMS and/or Email.
