Overview
When a resident requires a login code property management can send them a code from within the client 360.
Staff Hub
Head to the 'Client 360' tab under the 'General' icon.
Enter the name or unit of the person you are trying to send the login code to.
Select the 'Login Code'option.
Clic the 'New Activation Code' button.
Enter a start and end date for when this code will be valid.
Enter the amount of time the code can be used.
Select the person you're the code if there more than one resident in the unit. By default, all residents in a unit are selected.
A new login code will then be sent to the customer via SMS and/or Email.
Manager Portal
Head to the 'Operator' tab under the 'General' icon.
At the top scroll to the side and select the 'Application Settings options.
Certain setting can be applied here like the max amount of people that can download the mobile app per unit.
