There are 2 methods to add, update and remove residents/guests in Mosino CRM system.
Via the page « Client 360 »
Once inside Client 360 Page, Press "Add Customer" button. This should bring up a panel to enter all the required information.
It is important to search for an existing unit number in the first field. Depending on the type of the property, the fields may differ. Enter all required information and press "Add".
Via the page « Intercoms » page
Same option exists in the « Intercoms » page to add new residents/guests
To add a new resident, simply press the “+” sign on the intercom page and enter all the information of the resident. Once the information is added, the system will send a notification to the intercom in real-time to update. The new resident will automaticly receive a welcome email to download and access the app.
