You can add a resident to the intercom from the Attendant portal in the ACCESS & SECURITY icon under Intercom. You simply click on the '' + '' sign at the bottom right corner and add the information of the new resident.
IMPORTANT: A valid phone number must be entered in order for the resident to show on the intercom and add the prefix assigned to the building before choosing the unit from the drop down menu
Residents will show up on the intercom based on the arrival date or the lease start date. If the Arrival date is set before the lease start date, it can enabled to show on intercom based on the Arrival date. However, If no arrival date is added the Lease start date is used to activate the user and show them on the intercom.
