You can set up a schedule for the intercom to be avaialble to resident only on certain days and hours or at all times.
In the Manager portal under the SMART DEVICES & IOT icon you have the intercom tab. This is your intercom(s) for the building(s). When you selct the intercom you will view detail and can select the "Schedule" tab to customize.
Select the edit button at the bottom to set up a schedule.
