You will receive a call on your phone when someone wants to reach you from the intercom panel. You must press *9 to open the door for that person.
FAQ/Troubleshot
If you do not receive a call on your phone:
Make sure the intercom number is not blocked on your phone. Some providers automatically block unknown numbers.
Make sure to add the intercom number to your contacts to ensure you will always receive the call.
Make sure the phone number on file is correct.
When I press *9 the door does not open:
Make sure you are pressing the correct *9 combination with a slight pause between both to ensure the door can open correctly.
