Overview

If your property includes a Mosino Parcel Room system, you can use it to retrieve your package as well as create delivery codes for couriers/delivery companies.

Parcel Pickup

When a new parcel is delivered for you in the parcel room, the system sends you a notification via Email,

Via SMS and/or your mobile notification. The notifications may vary based on configuration.

Once you've received the notification, the message should include a pick up code as well as a QR Code. The QR Code may not be available for all properties but the 6-digit code should always be available.

Delivery notifications

The notifications are sent via Email, SMS and mobile application. If you do not receive the notification via Email and/or SMS, please speak with your property management to ensure your information is correctly entered in the system.

Your mobile application "Delivery" tile should list all your deliveries.

Once you select the delivery item from the list, it will bring up the code and the QR Code. Use this information to retrieve your package.

Retrieve package

When you come to the parcel room, there should a screen with a tile "Delivery". The tile may look different based on the property and language. Once you press the Delivery tile, it will present 2 options: "Deposit" and "Pickup". Select the "Pickup" option and you will be prompted to enter the 6-digit code from the delivery notification you've received. If the code entered is valid, the door should open and you can retrieve your package.

Please note, the code can only work only one-time. As soon as the door opens, the code expires and can no longer be used.

Once the code is package is retrieved, you will see the mobile application delivery tile reflect the new status "Picked up". The status may differ per property and the language.

Delivery Codes

To make it easier for a delivery company to deliver your package, you can create temporary delivery codes. The codes vary based on the type of delivery from Amazon to Uber Eats.

Important: the option for delivery codes may be turned off by the property management. If you do not see the option, please speak with your property management.

Select the "Visitor Passes" tile on your app, then select the "Delivery Code" tab.

Select the delivery company from the list or simply press "Other Courier/Skip". This should bring up a prompt to confirm the delivery information. You can copy the message or update it if you require. Copy that message into the delivery company application.

The 4-digit code created only works 1-time to deposit the package for you. As soon as the code is used, the package can be dropped off.

The code created for delivery companies such as Uber Eats does not work on the parcel room but only on the main intercom at the entrance.
