Allegion / Schlage Lock Pairing

Allegion offers Schlage line of Smart Locks. Mosino Platform offers a complete integration for Schlage locks, including pairing, unlocking as well as Audit Trail.

Pre-requisites

Pairing a new Lock

Open the Staff Hub App

Navigate to the correct building for which the lock is being pair.
If you do not see the building selection option, it would mean your profile is connected to only one building. Therefore, you can skip this step.

Click the profile icon and select "Allegion Lock Management". This will being up the screen to pair the locks.

The new page should start the search for the locks in proximity. Ensure your Bluetooth settings are enabled for pairing to being. You may be asked to provide permissions. These permissions are required to be able to see the locks.

Select the locks listed in the "Pair Smart Locks" tab.

A new unpaired lock will have a long serial number. This generally indicates the lock hasn't been paired or named yet.

Select the lock should bring up a screen with more details. Press the "Commission" button from the panel. This should start the pairing process. The process could sometime take up to 45 seconds to 1 minute but generally takes around 10-20 seconds. Keep the pair close to the lock for the best results.

Once the lock is paired, you will be asked to name the lock. In this screen. you can either select the unit number this lock should be assigned using the autocomplete option or simply name the lock that indicates the location such as "Office R2", "Games Room Door".
